Wild Eggs expands with new Jeffersonville location

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A helping of Wild Eggs is now being served up in southern Indiana. A new location of the popular local breakfast chain just opened in the Jeffersonville Town Center on Veterans Parkway. The restaurant is owned by a new franchisee, Hamburger and Eggs. This is the first location in southern Indiana, and owners say they're excited to expand to Jeffersonville. The first Wild Eggs opened in Louisville in 2007. Wild Eggs in Louisville Wins Best Hot Brown Category

Unlike many iconic American sandwiches, there is absolutely no doubt as to the origin of the Hot Brown. In fact its name includes its origin.  It was originally created at the Brown Hotel in Louisville as an alternative to a ham and egg late night supper by Fred K. Schmidt in 1926. OAKLEY – A new restaurant will provide customers with a chance to make their own omelet.
