Cool little spot… well, not so little once you get inside. Really neat space with a great vibe. Louisville has a bunch of places like this, but this one stands out a bit.

Menu is stacked—lots of creative stuff you won’t see at a typical diner.
We split the Shrimp Étouffée & Grits… really good. Big flavor, done right. Started with a loaded Bloody too—perfect way to kick things off.

Food: Dialed In 👌
Service: Solid 👍— nothing terrible, just not super dialed. Saw a few tables (ours included) asking for silverware after food hit… easy fix.
Cleanliness: Dialed In 👌
Atmosphere: Crushed It 🔥
Atmosphere:

Good stop overall. Worth it, especially if you want something a little different from the usual breakfast spot.

Great local spot serving breakfast and lunch items. The place is BUSY so make a reservation if you can, or the bar area is open seating/1st to grab a chair or high-top table gets it.

Excellent brunch/lunch spot. Walking distance from the Angel's Envy distill that's on Main. Would recommend. Great find while in the bourbon trail.

Had high expectations walking in and we were not disappointed at all. Everything was great. Our server was super nice and helpful. The food was excellent. Best avacado toast I've ever had. I don't know how they improved on such a basic dish but, the blew it out of the park.

After reading the reviews I decide to visit this place for breakfast with my family. The first visit was good, food and service were all good. The second time the toast was burnt , the syrup container was messy and my son utensils were dirty. I do recommend this place because my first experience was good.

My girlfriend and I were in town March 27-30th. We ate here 3 mornings in a row. Our third trip our server was Kyle and was not very good at all. We had to ask multiple times for things which were basic stuff, silverware, napkins, the bill. He’s was just not very attentive. Still a very good restaurant

I got the Mad Platter with potatoes and a pancake. Also got a pitcher of mimosas. It was so good. The pancake was fluffy and had great flavor, the potatoes were seasoned perfectly with a bit of crisp. The mimosas were more champagne than orange juice (like they should be) it was perfect. They were busy, but still efficient and friendly.

Wild Eggs is hands down one of the best breakfast spots in Louisville! The shrimp and grits étouffée was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The steak and cheese omelet was just as impressive, fresh, hearty, and delicious.

Everything tasted because it was made to order with high-quality, fresh ingredients. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was the perfect touch and definitely worth it.

On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions you get. If you’re in Louisville and looking for a great breakfast, this place is a must-try!
