Headed out early and saw some excellent reviews on this place. We stopped in and the place was busy. Didn't seems to phase anyone. Excellent service with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Tried the breakfast lasagna! WOW, that was good. If I'm ever back in the area, I will be sure to stop by.

Darrin, my server was great. My omelet: deli turkey meat, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and pepper jack cheese

Wait staff was great, food was excellent. Omelets was prepared perfectly. One one thing I also observed was the dining room was very quiet as far as there weren’t constant dishes clinging, whoever was busting the tables you could barely hear them.

This place is always a favorite when I bring coworkers or friends. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is consistently friendly. I highly recommend the Kalamity Katy’s Eggs Benedict!

Clean, quiet, and delicious. I had steak and eggs for breakfast, which was cooked exactly as I asked. Staff was very polite and helpful. My kid got chicken and waffles which smelled amazing. Solid choice for breakfast. Can't think of a single reason to give less than 5 stars.

After several days of eating at overpriced and underwhelming restaurants with waitstaff’s that could care less it was really an honor to meet Jessica at Wild Eggs. Jessica could be the last restaurant employee in Louisville who actually shows pride in their work. And the bonus was the food was excellent, the kitchen was busy but quick, and the restaurant had fair pricing and did not feel like the tourists traps down the street. Definitely visit here and with the money you save, add it to Jessica’s tip!

Rachel was the greatest thing about this establishment. Now that’s saying a lot since the food was amazing! We loved the atmosphere and welcoming fuzzy feelings we got from our bubbly personality having server Rachel. She helped guide us through the menu and made our experience worth a second trip for breakfast since we are only in town for 2 days. We can’t wait to come back for breakfast tomorrow and sit in Rachel’s section.

I recently stopped by this spot while passing through Louisville, not knowing what to expect or even what I was in the mood for. I had no idea what to order, but my waitress, Dae, was an absolute gem. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to ask a few questions and gave me a recommendation that—ironically—was exactly what I didn’t even know I was craving. (Potato Head Casserole)

I usually never finish my meals (ask my husband!), but this time I cleaned the plate. That says everything. The food was delicious, but Dae’s warm and attentive service is what truly made the experience memorable. She was such a sweetheart and made me feel comfortable and welcome, even though I was just a passerby.

If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping in—and if you’re lucky enough to have Dae as your server, you’re in great hands. Thank you again, Dae!! ❤️
Oh.. they’re lemonade was good as hell too! 😂

Cold day in Louisville and the coffee was hot at Wild Eggs. There was about a 20 minute wait and the restaurant was packed. We ate at the “bar” section near the big garage door which was of course closed today.

The wait for out for was nearly 30 minutes, but that’s how busy the restaurant was. Our server was nice, offered parking suggestions for next time, and kept things moving.

The restaurant serves Community Coffee which I love - I wish they had more flavors like praline pecan or hazelnut.

Update 13 April 2025

Here we are a year later and back again. Added a star as we got here earlier this time, 8:00 AM on a Sunday, and the place was a little less crowded.

Shea was our server and she was great; took care of everyone. Food was good, had bennies, omelette, and a burrito. All of our food was good - just like last time. Didn’t have a fancy coffee, but the regular coffee was good.

Consistency is good, especially when you’re consistently good!
Response from the owner:Hi Scott, we appreciate your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the hot coffee and the service. We'll take note of your suggestion for more flavors. Thanks for dining with us!

This was a great restaurant! We had so much fun at the breakfast bar. We will definitely be back. They are wheelchair accessible, plenty of seating, and very friendly staff.

After experiences the bourbon trail our large family group went to Wild Eggs for breakfast and it was amazing. Our server Johnny was so efficient and friendly and all of our dishes were perfect! We’ll definitely be back!

Good was good. A little disappointed with the shareable cinnamon roll. Served in a warm pan but the cinnamon roll and icing were cool and the icing wasn’t loved by most.

We all loved the different ways the incorporated eggs into their decor. Loved the wrap around bar. Service was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Our final day in Louisville began with a wonderful breakfast at Wild Eggs. We opted for French toast and carne hash, both of which were delectable. The service provided by Jessica, our server, and the hostess who seated us was top-notch.
