Wild Eggs Launches Spice Spice Baby Fall Menu With Pumpkin Pie Pancakes and Hot Honey Chicken
Spice Spice Baby is Wild Eggs' fall 2026 limited-time menu. Pumpkin Pie Pancakes, a gluten-friendly version, the Caramel Apple Spice Mimosa and The Wild Pumpkin Latte are available now at all 19 locations. Hot Honey Chicken, Sunrise Tostadas and The Spicy Mary arrive Sept. 30, and everything runs through Nov. 24.
Wild Eggs today launched Spice Spice Baby, its fall limited-time menu, at all 19 of its restaurants in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. The menu plays on both meanings of spice. Four items built on warm baking spice are available starting today, led by Pumpkin Pie Pancakes, and three items built on heat, including Hot Honey Chicken on a jalapeño cornmeal waffle, join the menu Sept. 30. Everything stays through Nov. 24.
"Pumpkin spice gets roasted every fall for being basic, and honestly, we're here for it," said Elle Morgan, Chief Marketing Officer at Wild Eggs. "Our Pumpkin Pie Pancakes are basically grandma's pie with permission to eat it for breakfast. We also wanted the other kind of spice, so there's Hot Honey Chicken on a jalapeño cornmeal waffle and a Bloody Mary wearing a strip of candied jalapeño bacon. Go basic or go extra. I'm doing both."
What's on the Wild Eggs fall menu right now?
Four Spice Spice Baby items are available at Wild Eggs as of Sept. 23.
Pumpkin Pie Pancakes. Built like the pie itself, with real pumpkin and the spices that go into one, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, folded into a scratch-made batter. The batter is griddled into two 8-inch cakes and finished with salted caramel sauce, candied pecans, whipped cream, powdered sugar and a dusting of cinnamon.
Gluten-Friendly Pumpkin Pie Pancakes. The same two cakes and toppings, made on Wild Eggs' gluten-friendly batter so guests avoiding gluten can still get in on pumpkin season.*
Caramel Apple Spice Mimosa. Sparkling wine with spiced apple and caramel, for anyone who has had their fill of pumpkin by October. The mimosa went to the orchard.**
The Wild Pumpkin Latte. Pumpkin spice and espresso, served two ways. The Classic is alcohol-free and poured at every Wild Eggs, and the Spiked version turns a coffee order into a brunch cocktail.**
What joins the fall menu on Sept. 30?
Three items built on heat arrive at Wild Eggs on Sept. 30.
Hot Honey Chicken. Hand-breaded chicken strips tossed in house-made hot honey until every piece is coated, then stacked on a savory jalapeño cornmeal waffle with chipotle slaw, pepper jack and candied jalapeño bacon, and topped with a charred jalapeño. That makes jalapeño three ways on one plate. Served with fries and chipotle ranch.
Sunrise Tostadas. Carnitas at breakfast, on three crisp 6-inch corn tostadas loaded with melted cheddar jack, salsa verde, shredded lettuce, house-made pico de gallo, fresh avocado and jalapeño. The plate gets a drizzle of verde crema, house salsa verde folded into sour cream, so the heat and the cool land in the same bite.
The Spicy Mary. A Bloody Mary built to match the menu. House vodka, Bloody Mary mix, pickled jalapeño juice and hot sauce go into a glass rimmed with Tajín and brown sugar, so each sip starts sweet and finishes hot. It's garnished with a charred jalapeño and a strip of the same candied jalapeño bacon that's on the Hot Honey Chicken, which makes the two an easy pair.**
