Palomar serves the Palomar Centre corridor on the west end of Lexington, covering neighborhoods including Beaumont, Hartland, Keene, and the communities along New Circle Road west.

The Palomar Centre address on the west side of Lexington gives the brand geographic coverage across the full city alongside Wild Eggs Hamburg on the east side. Guests in west Lexington and the surrounding communities no longer need to cross the city to reach a Wild Eggs. The two locations together cover Lexington's primary dining corridors.
Travis Hall's Second Location
Wild Eggs Palomar is the second of four planned Lexington locations under Travis Hall's franchise development agreement. The agreement signed April 2024 covers four Lexington-area restaurants. Hamburg opened in 2024. Palomar followed in 2025. Two additional locations are in development.
