Wild Eggs Hamburg opened in Lexington, Kentucky in 2024 at 1925 Justice Drive, Lexington, KY 40509, the first of four planned Lexington-area Wild Eggs locations under franchisee Travis Hall's development agreement. The Hamburg location is on the east side of Lexington, serving the Hamburg Pavilion area and the surrounding neighborhoods including Andover, Hartland, and the eastern Lexington suburbs.

The Hamburg Pavilion Area

The Hamburg Pavilion corridor on Justice Drive is Lexington's primary east-side dining and retail destination. The area draws from Hamburg, Andover, Beaumont, Tates Creek, and the University of Kentucky's Greek community. For Wild Eggs, it is the most recognizable commercial address for first-time visitors from the east side of the city.

First Wild Eggs in Lexington

Wild Eggs Hamburg was the first Wild Eggs location to open in Lexington. The opening ended years of Lexington resident requests for a Wild Eggs location in the city. First-week waitlists were among the highest the brand had seen for a new market opening, consistent with how Louisville-origin brands perform when they arrive in Lexington.
